I am updating my hp laptop computer from windows 8. It has completed the downloading intsallation when to the preparing installation and it has been insatllation their for 4 hours. I would like some assistance so that i can be able to resolve the issue and start using the windows Thanks in advance.
It's not actually stuck. Observe closely and take intermittent screenshots, if it may help you. It progresses at pc booster download for 8 free very slow rate.
